Connect Shopify
Connect your Shopify store to see products and orders and change prices, stock and shipping from RoleCall.
Connect from Settings
- Open Settings, Connections and find the Shopify card.
- Under Your Shopify store, type your store's address (like your-store.myshopify.com; the store name alone works too).
- Choose Connect Shopify and approve RoleCall on Shopify's page. You come back to Shopify is connected.
If it says some permissions weren't granted, connect again and approve all of them.
Connect from Shopify
If you add RoleCall from Shopify, it opens RoleCall and asks Connect {your store} to {your business} in RoleCall? Choose Connect Shopify, or Not now.
What you can do
The card shows your store, how many products you have, orders in the last 30 days and your currency. It has two tabs:
- Products: Change price, or Set stock for items Shopify tracks. Choose Review, then Yes, do it on Shopify.
- To ship: Buy a label or Mark shipped.
Changes go to Shopify straight away and are listed in Who changed what.
Disconnect
The owner can choose Disconnect Shopify. RoleCall stops reading and changing your store. To remove the app from Shopify too, open Settings, Apps in your Shopify admin.
Common messages
- This connect was started in a different browser or app. Start again from Settings in the same browser.
- This Shopify store is already connected to another RoleCall business. Disconnect it there first.
- RoleCall's access to Shopify ran out. Choose Connect Shopify again.
- Shopify hasn't given RoleCall permission for this yet. Connect again and approve the new permissions.
