Connections
Connect Amazon
Connect your Amazon seller account to see sales, change prices and quantities, and ship your own orders.
RoleCall works with Amazon stores in North America: Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, Amazon.com.mx and Amazon.com.br.
Connect
Amazon access requires an authenticator verified on your current sign-in. Set it up in Settings, Security. In Profile, choose Verify existing password if it already meets the rules. Verification keeps the password unchanged and uses the account creation date as a conservative age bound. If the password has expired or cannot be verified, change it there. Renew passwords every 365 days. New passwords must contain at least 12 characters, uppercase and lowercase letters, a number and a symbol. These checks apply to the Amazon tools and their shipping data as well as the connection screen.
- Open Connections and find the Amazon card. Only the owner can connect.
- Choose Connect Amazon and authorise RoleCall in Seller Central.
- You come back to Amazon is connected. If Amazon sends you back part way, choose Continue to Amazon.
What you can do
The card shows the last 30 days: orders, sales, refunds, Amazon fees, what's left, what Amazon is holding for payouts, and your FBA stock. Owners and managers can use three tabs:
- Listings: Change price, or Change quantity (not for items Amazon fulfils).
- Orders: for orders you ship yourself, enter a tracking number and Ship this order. RoleCall doesn't ask Amazon for buyers' names or addresses; to see them, open the order in Seller Central. Buy a label through Amazon works once Amazon gives RoleCall its shipping permission; until then RoleCall says so and nothing is bought.
- FBA stock: what Amazon holds for you, and what's running low.
A new price usually shows on Amazon within 15 minutes.
Your Amazon data and the assistant
The assistant reads Amazon data only through OpenAI (Luna or Sol), which doesn't train on it. If your assistant runs on DeepSeek, questions that use your Amazon account are answered on Luna 6 instead, at Luna's price, and the chat says so under the answer. Every read from Amazon and every change is in the Activity log.
Test mode
If the card says test mode, RoleCall is connected to Amazon's practice system: the numbers are Amazon's samples, not your sales, and changes are refused with a note saying nothing was changed.
Disconnect
Choose Disconnect. RoleCall deletes the Amazon data it keeps straight away: the connection, its 30-day totals and the records of labels bought for Amazon orders. Seller Central keeps your full history. To remove RoleCall's access on Amazon too, open Seller Central, Apps and Services, Manage Your Apps.
If you remove RoleCall in Seller Central first, RoleCall deletes the same data the next time it tries to reach your account, and the card shows Connect Amazon again.
