Connect eBay
Connect your eBay seller account to see sales, change listings, ship orders and list new items.
Connect
- Open Connections and find the eBay card. Only the owner can connect.
- Choose Connect eBay and sign in on eBay's page.
- You come back to eBay is connected.
What you can do
The card shows the last 30 days: orders, sales, refunds, eBay fees, what's left, and your payouts. Owners and managers can use three tabs:
- Listings: Change price or quantity, or End listing.
- To ship: Copy address, Buy a label, or pick the carrier and Ship this order.
- New listing: a title, a description, Find a category and photos from RoleCall, then Review listing and Yes, list it on eBay. eBay needs your Business policies set up in eBay before a new listing goes through.
Keep it connected
eBay asks you to sign in again from time to time. When it's due, Connections says so. If the sign-in has run out, choose Reconnect eBay.
Disconnect
Choose Disconnect. To remove RoleCall's access on eBay too, open eBay, Account, Sign in and security, Third-party app access.
Common messages
- That eBay link expired or was started by someone else. Choose Connect eBay again.
- eBay didn't answer just now. Try again; if it keeps happening, connect eBay again.
- eBay's sign-in ran out. Connect eBay again. Choose Reconnect eBay.
- One of those photos can't be used (eBay takes JPG or PNG). Pick another photo.
